The paper should not exceed 8000 words (including tables and appendices) and should adhere to the style of writing being followed in the current issues of The Indian Journal of Labour Economics (IJLE). It should be accompanied by a summary of about 1000 words. The summaries of all accepted papers will be brought out separately in the form of a publication to be distributed among the Conference participants, along with a CD of the complete papers. Selected and revised papers based on peer reviews will be published in the subsequent issues of IJLE during 2012.
